While not explicitly required in most cases, a comprehensive CASp evaluation gives the property owner, designer, and contractor valuable insight into the project barriers and how to approach each scenario before starting the design process.

Step 2 - Design
We coordinate with a qualified design professional to craft a custom project plan, addressing the details needed to bring your site up to code and transition new improvements to existing site features. This often-overlooked step is essential to minimize the surprises that inevitably come up during construction, costing time and money that was not accounted for.
