Pavement Maintenance
Seal Coating, Striping & Signage
Seal coating is one of the most effective ways to protect and extend the life of your asphalt. This affordable treatment restores a rich black finish while shielding pavement from UV rays, water, and everyday wear. By sealing now, you help prevent cracks, potholes, and costly repairs for years to come.

Equally important, fresh pavement striping keeps traffic moving safely and efficiently. From parking lines and directional arrows to ADA markings and fire lanes, crisp, high-visibility lines improve both safety and curb appeal.
We also offer custom signage solutions to complete your pavement plan. Regulatory, wayfinding, speed limit, and handicap signs are all installed for maximum durability and full code compliance.

Resurfacing
A "resurfacing" or "overlay" is exactly what is sounds like. The existing surface layer is removed or prepped, and a new asphalt layer is added on top to provide a completely new traffic surface.
This process offers the appearance a complete repave at a fraction of the cost and with less environmental impact compared to a complete structural replacement.
Full Depth Pavement Replacement
When existing conditions are too severe for resurfacing, a full pavement rehabilitation may be required. This often involves full removal of the pavement layer(s) down to the underlying road base (or native soil if there is no base layer).
Depending on existing subgrade conditions, additional soil processing or complete replacement may also be required. There are many factors to consider when evaluating the needs of a full pavement rehab, so we recommend hiring a qualified civil engineer to examine and design a pavement rehab plan for the best long term performance solution.
